Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or open vinyl record
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will inquire about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. The delivery costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
